RESIDENTIAL REBATE PROGRAM – Up to $700.00 MAXIMUM REBATE PER UNIT (INDIVIDUAL ADDRESS)
**This rebate program is for City of Thomasville Natural Gas Customers ONLY!!!
**Water heater rebate - $ 200 rebate
(Customer installs at minimum, a 40 gallon water heater to qualify for the rebate)
**Two water heaters - $350 rebate (minimum of 40 gallons each)
**Tankless Water Heater (Foreverhotwater or Noritz) - $350 rebate on any newly installed tankless water heater. These save installation room, heats water as needed, saves $$.
**Range/ stove top - $100 rebate
**Dryers - $75 rebate
**Natural gas grills - $75 rebate
Natural gas central heating system - $250 rebate
Two natural gas central heating systems - $350 rebate
Natural gas logs, space heaters, spa heater, natural gas generator and natural gas lights, - $50 rebate
Rebates apply if appliance is installed with at least 1 ** year-round appliance
** All residential natural gas taps will be installed at no cost, up to 125 feet and a 4 oz system with the connection of one year round appliance.
*** Heat only customers will be charged $400 for the gas tap, up to 125 feet and a 4 oz system.
*** All rebates are given after appliances are installed and verified by a Natural Gas Department Employee. This rebate program is only for areas where Natural Gas Mains Exist. Gas extension may apply after an evaluation of added gas loads.
*** This rebate program is designed for single residential construction, commercial or residential customers converting from alternate fuels.
