- Responsible for all operations taking place within Thomasville Fire Rescue.

- Responsible for A Shift Operations
- Directly and indirectly supervisers all shift personnell on the Officer's shift
Battalion Chief - Mark Sealy
- Responsible for B Shift Operations
- Directly and indirectly supervisers all shift personnell on the Officer's shift
Battalion Chief Allen Powell
- Responsible for C Shift Operations
- Directly and indirectly supervisers all shift personnell on the Officer's shift
A Shift Captain - Marty Butler
- Responsible for fire suppresion operations within Station 1.
- In the abscence of the Battalion Chief, will assume the role and responsibilities of the Battalion Chief during the Interim period.
B Shift Interim Captain - Elma Johnson
- Responsible for fire suppresion operations within Station 1.
- In the abscence of the Battalion Chief, will assume the role and responsibilities of the Battalion Chief during the Interim period.
C Shift Interim Captain - Jonathan Paschall
- Responsible for fire suppresion operations within Station 1.

- Responsible for all Thomasville Fire Rescue training operations
- Hazardous Materials, Rescue, Fire Prevention, Logistics, Recruitment/Hiring/Promotions, Health & Safety Officer and Wellness/Fitness
Fire Prevention Captain - Tommy Benton
- The Fire Prevention Division of Thomasville Fire Rescue strives to maintain a safe living and working environment for our community. We seek to accomplish this by providing the highest level of fire prevention through public education, inspections, and code enforcement and detailed plan review to ensure that properties and buildings are properly constructed in accordance with local and state requirements.
