The Administrative Division provides overall direction, leadership and vision for the department. The Fire Department is headed by the Fire Chief, with the support from the Assistant Fire Chief, Training and Fire Prevention who each play very important roles in maintaining the performance level of the department. The Division sets the future goals of the department in the areas of new concepts, equipment and procedures; coordinates the training of all personnel from the recruit to the experienced firefighters, including emergency and non-emergency operations; plans, researches, budgets, and purchases all equipment, supplies and services used by the department.
