General Requirements

An applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen with no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions involving violence or moral character.

Applicants must have a certified original copy of the following:

High school diploma / GED certificate
Valid drivers license
Military discharge form DD214 (if prior military)
Social Security card
Birth Certificate
College diploma (if applicable)
